台灣不二乳膠簡介：
1972年設廠於淡水，與日本不二乳膠公司技術合作，當時引進最新精密電子針孔檢查機，突破衛生套針孔檢測技術，檢查準確率達100%。1973年正式量產，主要係透過WHO(世界衛生組織)、及紅十字組織供應衛生套給第三世界國家，如印度、非洲等。後因台灣退出聯合國，連帶影響WHO的會員資格，因而無法繼續供貨予第三世界。
為打開國際知名度，自創FULEX、ZERO-0、零零、富力士等國際品牌，陸續行銷世界五大洲四十餘國，包括東南亞、東北亞、中東＆中南美洲等地。而FULEX、FUJICONDOM是最早行銷中國市場的少數台灣自創國際品牌之一。
